The 5 elements

Earth

By taking the beaten path, you connect with the earth.
Here you are treading on a softer part, a harder part, a swampier part, a denser part, one with glimpses of plants.
The earth, or “Pachamama” in Andean culture, represents stability, security and anchorage.
It is linked to the ability to remain solid in the face of challenges, to root oneself in the present moment and to cultivate resilience.

Support for this element can include :

  • Meditation, relaxation and visualization
  • Dynamic meditations in the form of meditative walks
  • Awakening and centering drum rituals
  • Gratitude rituals

This support promotes stability, anchoring and illumination of one’s own life foundations.

The 5 elements

air

Need a change of scenery?
By letting yourself be immersed in this natural setting, you take the time to breathe, to awaken your senses, to feel the impulse of life within you, to feel the breeze caressing your face, to simply smell.
Air represents thought, communication, mental clarity and open-mindedness.
This element is associated with the ability to think lucidly, to engage in dialogue and to be open to new ideas.

Air-related coaching can include:
Relaxation and mental preparation to calm the flow of thoughts
Conscious communication and NVC (Non-Violent Communication) to learn how to listen actively – to oneself/others – and to express oneself authentically
Creativity by seeking to encourage moments of free reflection, cross-fertilization and thus develop creative thinking

This support encourages mental flexibility – the adaptive mode – and preparation for more difficult events or periods.

  • Channel your energy by setting yourself challenges and adopting techniques to recharge and energize yourself.
  • Use of rituals to overcome one’s own fears, energy cleansing

The support we provide encourages people to “want to want to” and/or helps them get moving, starting with “I’m sick of being sick of it!

The 5 elements

Wood

The estate is littered with them: trees of all kinds, their branches, fruit trees, shrubs and plants. It’s an integral part of this domain and of your journey.
Wood is a symbol of growth, evolution and adaptability. It embodies personal development, the ability to renew and grow.

Coaching with wood can include:
Setting clear goals to encourage personal growth; small steps, every day, for big, updated projects
Learning to be more flexible in the face of change and the unexpected
Visualizing personal growth as a tree that expands and strengthens over time

These coaching sessions encourage perspective-taking, an understanding of our cycles and their seasonality, and the principles of life.

The 5 elements

Water

Part of the estate is surrounded by the Sarthe, a local river whose course borders the fields. A few brooks mark the boundaries of the plots, ponds and ponds are located in the heart of the estate and a spring emerges in the middle.
Water is associated with emotions, intuition and fluidity. It symbolizes the ability to adapt, to be in touch with one’s emotions and to navigate through life’s ups and downs.

Water-centered support can include :

Emotion management: identify, accept and release emotions in a healthy way
Intuition: encourage listening to intuition and develop self-confidence
Fluidity in actions: learn to let things happen naturally, without resistance; let go
